CONCEPT DESIGN

Concept Design is the process where we work with you in a collaborative fashion to establish the overall design concept using various methods such as Pinterest, Houzz and any other concepts. We will have you send any photos and ideas you have and we will establish an overall concept using our expertise to develop the best comprehensive design to suit the requirements of the project.

SPACE PLANNING

Space Planning  is where we gather all information necessary to develop space plans, floor plans, elevations etc. This includes photos, measurements, current 

architectural plans, and locations of current plumbing, electrical, etc.

DESIGN & MATERIAL SELECTIONS

Design Selection follows, whether for construction, furniture, or accessories and artwork. Once we have developed the budget, space plan and style we can now start selecting items to fit your unique needs.

3D RENDERINGS

3D renderings allow us to showcase our design selections, enabling clients to visualize their space and ensuring clarity for our installation crew on install day. This process helps bridge the gap between concept and reality, ensuring everyone involved has a clear understanding of the final design.

INSTALLATION

The final step in our design process is the installation of all furniture and accessories, ensuring each space in the home is staged to perfection. We meticulously arrange every detail to create a cohesive and inviting environment. Once everything is in place, we photograph the completed spaces to capture the beauty and functionality of our design.
