During our 2-hour in-person or virtual in-home session, we will establish your needs and wants, timeline, style, and budget, as well as discuss how involved you would like us to be in the project. 

This comprehensive consultation ensures that we fully understand your vision and can tailor our approach to meet your expectations, whether you prefer hands-on involvement or a more hands-off experience.

Our deep dive interview & site survey allows us to gather detailed information about your project. Following this, we create a schematic design that includes an initial layout, budget, and mood boards. A comprehensive project brief is then prepared, incorporating your vision and goals. Once shared, we welcome your feedback to ensure alignment with your expectations.

During the final design & documentation phase at 90% completion, we present the detailed design to you in a presentation. This stage allows us to showcase the refined vision for your space and discuss any adjustments needed. We offer one round of revisions to ensure the design meets your exact specifications before moving forward with finalization.
